ESNA Round 5-6 Game Analysis

Today round 5 and 6 of the ESNA tournament were held. The games are being played at the Victoria Palace Hotel in Sliema. 

In the fifth round was entirely pro forma higher rated teams won except Luxemburg – Cyprus game where Cyprus managed to win and granted their place in the top 4, Malta lost against the leader Faroe Islands team but Jake, Darmanin did his magic again and he drew against a Grandmaster on the top board! You can check the game analysis below.

In the six round we saw a big clash between top teams Faroe Islands and Monaco. The decider game was on the 1st board where Ziska, Helgi Dam was victorious and Faroe Islands won with his full point 2,5-1,5. You can check the game analysis below. Malta beat ESNA women 3,5-0,5.
